Sales Policy

• Freight Policy: FOB El Paso Tx. All freight is invoiced and can only be deducted for orders exceeding $1,000 within the continental USA with payment received within established terms. 
• Minimum order requirements are $500 for domestic orders and $1,000 for international orders. 
• First time domestic orders are prepaid pending approval by UFP Technologies/DesignNail of a completed credit application. All international orders are prepaid via credit card or bank transfer (subject to additional charges) prior to shipment 
• Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments are accepted. 
• All claims for damages, shipping errors, or nonconforming products must be made within five (5) business days of receipt order. 
• All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of order and require prior return authorization from UFP Technologies/DesignNail. Authorized returns of salable goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge. 
• Custom manufactured parts and printed parts can ship plus or minus ten percent (+/-10%) of order quantity and are NOT RETURNABLE.
